Our Focus

Our four focus areas of the CSCMP Talent Center serve to guide and direct our resource allocation and investment priorities. These areas have been identified as core needs and opportunities across educational and career journeys. The CSCMP Talent Center will work to:

Increase awareness of supply chain careers as viable and lucrative, particularly among nontraditional and diverse audiences, including in minority, veteran, women, and low-income communities as a path for success and upward mobility.

Give professionals in supply chain careers a path to educational opportunities, internships, mentorships, and event experiences by underwriting the costs of programs & events and eliminating financial barriers to advance their skills and talents.

Serve as a conduit for financial assistance in the form of merit- and needs-based grants and loan relief opportunities, working to ensure that financial constraints are not burdensome to committed professionals.

Invest in thought leadership and research that promote the supply chain professional to coexist and deliver value in a technologically motivated and advancing society.

Who We Serve

Because we aim to attract and retain the best supply chain talent, we have identified talent “pools” where the CSCMP Talent Center’s programs and mission will be most beneficial to, and have the greatest return for, current and future professionals and the supply chain discipline overall.  These include:
