A career for life.

Your calling - your career - is something you have and nurture for a lifetime. A supply chain career is a unique opportunity to find and attain professional success while leaving your mark on the world

And we’re here to help you do it.

Our programs are specifically designed to address the unique needs of students and early career professionals who need support for growth in a supply chain profession that can provide boundless opportunities all over the world.

From a first introduction to supply chain to progression into the highest levels of company leadership, you have our unwavering support throughout your career journey.

We open doors with financial resources, access to educational opportunities and mentorship, and information on the latest trends for your career development.

The rapidly advancing and evolving state of the global supply chain has created a challenge for companies and professionals alike — the current labor market cannot address the speed and scale of the need for talent.

We are the center for growth for the “heartbeats” of the supply chain profession to be ready, able to face, and succeed, in the opportunities and challenges in the coming decades.

As a registered 501(c)3 charitable organization, the CSCMP Talent Center raises and injects the capital to fund valuable opportunities that directly benefit participants at any stage of their developing career, from vocational awareness to advancement to the C-Suite.

The Talent Center was borne of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), a professional association of members in the supply chain industry who seek to advance, educate, and connect with other professionals regarding advanced career opportunities.

Our purpose is simple:

We will find and develop more people who become better professionals that are financially secure and remain relevant and engaged in their career direction.

We will accomplish this by:

  • Finding and cultivating more people (Awareness)

  • Providing access to career opportunities (Programs & Events)

  • Helping them become financially secure (Financial Assistance)

  • Examining trends that give clear career direction (Thought Leadership)

“What we do is create the environment so all the people in the world can have the right stuff, in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantity and the right quality, and all at the right price."

— Robert Martichenko, CSCMP’s 2015 Distinguished Service Award Winner
